THE EMERALD RESORT AND CASINO is a subsidiary of London Clubs Holdings Limited (LCH) Caesars Entertainment. Emerald is a private company business incorporated in South Africa on 21 May 1997. LCI (Overseas) Investment (Pty) Ltd (LCIOI) is a company registered in South Africa and it owns 70% shareholding in Emerald whiles 20% is held by Modirapula Leisure (which falls under Curadox) and 10% is held by Marung.

LCH is a company incorporated in London while LCIOI, Emerald, Modirapula and Marung are South African companies. Emerald obtains management services from LCH, Modirapula and Marung.
